IN NO EVENT SHALL DAKHAM'S TAILOR SHOP & TUXEDOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, COST OF REPLACEMENT GOODS, LOSS OF DATA OR INFORMATION, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHETHER IN AN ACT OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE AVAILABILITY, USE, RELIANCE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY INFORMATION AVAILABLE FROM THIS SITE OR A LINKED SITE. IN NO EVENT SHALL DAKHAM'S TAILOR SHOP & TUXEDOS TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS, DAMAGES AND CAUSES OF ACTION OF ANY KIND, EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THIS SITE OR A LINKED SITE.

Privacy Notice

Dakham's Tailor Shop & Tuxedos respects our customer's privacy. We do not actively collect personally identifiable information about individuals who visit this web site. Visitors may choose voluntarily to provide such information by requesting additional information about a particular product or service when contacting us through emails, in-store visits or by telephone communications. Personally identifiable information of individual users will not be sold or transferred to any third parties.

Tuxedo Reservations & Deposits

All tuxedo rental reservations (individual or group) require a minimum of $20.00 non-refundable deposit on each tuxedo being rented. The $20.00 deposit will go toward the total cost of your tuxedo rental package. Specialty Tuxedos require a minimum of three (3) months reservation with all members of a party to have their measurements completed or given to us and all minimum deposits paid before any Specialty Tuxedos can be ordered.

Again, the $20.00 deposit on your tuxedo rental reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Tuxedo Return Policy & Fees

To avoid paying late charges of $20.00 per day, please return your rented tuxedo (coat & pant), shirt, shoes, vest, tie and all accessories to Dakham’s Tailor Shop & Tuxedos on the first business day following use, or on the date/time stated on your rental agreement receipt and on the Return Policy sticker. Please return your rented tuxedo on hangers and all accessories/shoes in its original bags. Tuxedo(s) will be checked for any missing items. If there are items missing, you will be charged the retail price for that missing item. Accepting and adding the Damage Waiver fee to your rental agreement will not cover or pay for items which are lost or missing. The Damage Waiver will only protect you from accidental damages such as, dirt, drink or food stains (soils), tears or rips, but will not cover lost or missing items.

Late charges will begin when your tuxedo is not returned to us on the specified due date by 6:00 PM. By 5:00 PM if due date is on a Saturday.

Example: Tuxedo is to be returned on Monday by 6:00 PM

Tuxedo is not returned to us until Tuesday.

You will be charged a $20.00 late fee for Monday.

When late, we will make every attempt to call and remind you to return your tuxedo. We may also send you reminder notices by certified or uncertified mail, and if an email address is provided to us, we may also send you reminders via email.

Failure to return your rented tuxedo, shoes and all accessories after (10) ten days from the specified due date is a disregard on your part to honor your signed tuxedo rental agreement with Dakham's and will result in a collections process. During the collections process your name and all information associated with your tuxedo rental contract will be submitted to one or all of these agencies; the West Virginia Credit Bureau, the Attorney General's Office, and/or Magistrate Court to help recover our losses. Collections through WV Credit Bureau will hurt your credit ratings. You may also be subjected to and/or liable for any and/or all legal fees associated with any collections process in our attempt(s) to recover our tuxedo(s) within the legal limits allowable by the laws of the State of West Virginia.
